1) Q: Are the hotel room rates per person or per room of 1 to 4 persons?
  
1) A: The rates are room rates irrespective of 1 to 4 persons occupying it.
  

  
2) Q: Do the room rates include breakfast?
  
2) A: No, the rates do not include breakfast, but there is a Tim Horton's Coffee and Donut shop on the site and the hotel has restaurants 2/3 minutes walking
distance.   

  
3) Q: Is Parking free or on payment?
  
3) A: Parking is free for all hotel guests and for Congress Attendees.
  

  
4) Q: Can American Express Card be used for registration?
  
4) A: Arrangements have been made only with Master Card and Visa.

5) Q:  Can a ticket be purchased only for the Gala Banquet Night?

5) A:  Since the Gala Banquet Night is included in the Registration fee,we need to ensure that there will be space in the Gala Banquet Night for all Congress registrants.   Therefore we cannot accomodate requests for the purhase of a ticket for the Gala Night only.

6) Q: Is the congress making travel arrangements for the delegates?

6) A: Your congress committee is working on an agreement with specific limo/cab companies to ensure competitive rates for our delegates.  Once the agency is selected we will publicize the specific information on our website.   For now, delegates will have to make their own arrangements. Your congress committee is available to assist in selecting a firm that will provide the best rates.

7) Q: How does one go about paying for the congress in U.S funds?

7) A: In order to pay for the Congress you could either obtain a Canadian money draft from the Post Office or your bank. Alternately, you could pay by VISA or MasterCard. We would charge you in Canadian dollars and your Credit Card provider will bill you in U.S dollars at the exchange rate for that day (plus, probably, a small fee). If paying by your credit card, it may also be a good idea to advise your credit card provider that there will be a charge from Canada.
