Thank you for willing to share your expertise to help others! To register as a Mentor, please READ ALL THE STEPS BELOW FIRST and then complete the following easy instructions and submit your forms to Zoroastrian_congress@hotmail.com.

Step 1: Review the current Master List for Zoroastrian Mentor-Protege to become familiar with the format required.

Step 2: Ensure you have a current Biography in Microsoft Word format if you would like to attach it to your registration form. Your Biography filename should be in the format “Mentor Bio – Firstname Lastname.doc” (for example, “Mentor Bio – Phee Vania.doc”). This file can be as brief or as long as you wish. Your Bio MUST be accompanied by the Mentor Form below before you can be officially registered as a Mentor.

Step 3: Download and enter your information in this Microsoft Excel file, then save the file with the title “Mentor Form – Firstname Lastname.xls” (for example, “Mentor Form – Phee Vania.xls”)

Step 4: Send your completed Mentor Form (mandatory) and Biography (optional) to Zoroastrian_congress@hotmail.com.
